What to do while you wait for us

Catch the water
Bucket under the drip and move furniture, electricals and anything valuable out from underneath.
Mind the electrics
If water is near light fittings or sockets, switch that circuit off at the consumer unit. Don't touch wet fittings.
Stay off the roof
Wet roofs are lethal and a fall makes a bad day far worse. Leave the height work to us — that's what we're insured for.
Photograph the damage
A few phone photos from the ground help us bring the right kit — and back up any insurance claim later.
