Payment is due in full on completion of the works. Please make sure your funds are available for when the job is completed - as soon as it's finished we'll be in touch to take your balance, by bank transfer or by card over the phone. We expect payment within 24 hours at the latest.

Where your quote includes Building Control approval, we handle the application and see it through for you. The inspections are done while we work, but the completion certificate itself is issued afterwards by the relevant authority or scheme (such as Local Authority Building Control, an Approved Inspector, or CERTASS). When that certificate arrives is up to them, not us — it can take from a few days to a few weeks. Your final payment is due once the installation is practically complete, not when the certificate arrives; we send it on to you as soon as we get it.
