10 Year Guarantee

WeatherTech Roofing guarantees the workmanship of the installation carried out at the property address stated below for a period of 10 years from the date of completion.

During the Guarantee Period of 10 years, the Company will, at its discretion, rectify any defects in workmanship that are directly attributable to the installation by WeatherTech Roofing, provided that:

The defect is reported to the Company in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes apparent;
The report is received within the Guarantee Period;
The defect has not arisen as a result of damage or defects arising from third-party interference, property owner alterations, structural movement, impact damage, lack of maintenance or failure to follow any care advice provided, pre-existing issues, severe weather events beyond typical UK conditions, or any external factors unrelated to WeatherTech Roofing’s workmanship.

This guarantee applies only to workmanship and materials used within the installation but does not extend to cover consequential damage or any liability beyond the repair of the workmanship issue.

The Company’s obligation under this guarantee is limited to carrying out remedial work to the affected area. No refunds, replacements, or additional compensation shall be provided.

This guarantee is transferable, but you must contact us via email to update the details. Send all transfer requests to office@weather-tech.co.uk.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond the terms stated above. This guarantee is issued subject to the full Terms and Conditions supplied with this certificate — please ensure you read and retain them for future reference.
