Guarantee and certification documents are supplied once issued; third-party paperwork may follow completion. On re-roofs your deposit is protected through our IWA (Independent Warranty Association) membership.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — a materials deposit (30%, unless your quotation states otherwise) once you've seen and signed the written quote, never before. On re-roofs it's also protected through our IWA (Independent Warranty Association) membership — independent deposit protection, so if anything happened to us before the job started, you'd get it back. Balance is due on completion.
